KEVIN’S “KUNG FU FOR YOUR TONGUE” CHILI

INGREDIENTS

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Makes 8 servings
  • 1 pound ground chuck beef (80% lean)
  • 3/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 pkg (1.25 oz each) chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can (16 oz each) BUSH’S® Pinto Chili Beans, undrained
  • 1 can (16 oz each) BUSH’S® Kidney Chili Beans, undrained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 1 can (8 oz each) or 1 cup Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • Sour cream and jalapenos optional

DIRECTIONS

Follow these simple steps

STEP ONE

Cook beef and onion in large saucepan over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, stirring occasionally; drain.

STEP TWO

Stir in seasoning mix. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes, stirring several times.
